The Board of Zoning Appeals meets as needed. The powers and duties of the Board of Zoning Appeals are to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance - Chapter 157; to grant variances from the requirements of the zoning ordinance when strict application of the provisions of the chapter would result in unnecessary hardship.
