THE WEEK THAT WAS…

        The Camden Fire Department Fire Fest committee has began the long process of putting together our annual Fire Fest Activities which will be held on Sept. 29th, 2012 at Rhame Arena. Fire Fest is our kick off for Fire Prevention Month and features a parade of emergency vehicles through downtown to Rhame Arena. There will be lots of activities for adults and kids, food and vendors. There will be firefighter competitions and a live side by side burn to demonstrate Residential Sprinklers. You will be able to see just how fast fire can spread through a 8X8 furnished room. The parade will begin at 9 a.m. at Lauren Street and end at Rhame Arena.
