Welcome to the City of Camden.
These pages contain information, policies, procedures and general guidelines for residential sanitation services provided by the City of Camden, Public Works Department.
There are practical and legal reasons for our operating policies and procedures. Your cooperation and compliance with these policies and procedures will insure prompt and consistent collection of your household and yard waste.
These policies and procedures may be subject to change at any time as new State and local laws are enacted or modified. We will make every effort to notify our residents in advance of any changes through the use of the local media (radio and/or newspaper), website, or by flyers issued to each residence.
The City of Camden encourages recycling of your household waste. A recycle bin is provided for this purpose. Your efforts will contribute to reducing the amount of solid waste entering the landfill and help us effectively manage the cost for collection and disposal.
We are dedicated to providing quality service to our customers. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your sanitation services. You may call our office Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm at 425-6045.
