It is the mission of the Finance Department to plan and direct the total financial operations and activities of the city. The finance department is responsible for the formulation of broad financial policies and long term programs. Programs and activities include utility billing and collection of accounts, budgetary compliance, accounts payable, payroll, investments, banking and financial reporting. Our mission also includes risk management and all other safety issues.

The Finance Department will maintain the City’s accountability for all funds and will assist with the annual assessment and reporting by independent auditors.
