Alexander Young: Silversmith, Clockmaker, Etc.

The Camden Archives and Museum presents an exhibit on the work of Camden silversmith Alexander Young through January 19, 2018. The exhibit features several pieces of Young's work including Masonic jewels, a silver teapot, and several types of utensils.
Along with his work as a silversmith, Young was active in the Camden community as a businessman and oversaw the building of Bethesda Presbyterian Church and the Camden Orphan Society schools.
