Blankets & Bands on Town Green: New Old Friends
Free concerts return to Town Green this fall, with a variety of music each Thursday from September 29th through October 27th, weather permitting. Bring your blanket or lawn chair, family and friends, to enjoy live music outdoors. Bring a picnic dinner, grab some takeout from your favorite local restaurant or enjoy food and beverages available for purchase.
Closing out the Blankets & Bands concert series on Thursday, October 27th is local group New Old Friends. Recently formed by Dan Rhodus, Bob Williams, Ben Gettys, and Jennifer Erickson, the band describes themselves as friends you maybe haven't met yet, playing tunes you've likely forgotten.
Music will last from 5:30 to 8:00 pm each Thursday, weather permitting. No glass containers are allowed on Town Green. Beer and wine are permitted Town Green for the hours of the concert only.
