Colonial Brickyard and Pottworks: 18th Century Bottle Kiln

Join us at the Historic Camden Foundation on Saturday, October 24, at the Colonial Brickyard & Pottworks where we will build a brick kiln, known as a clamp, by hand. We will also unveil and prepare our working bottle kiln for making 18th-century pottery and bone china. Both the brick clamp and bottle kiln will be wood-fired over the weekend of November 7, 2020.
