Revolutionary War Battle of Camden Reenactment
Designated one of two 2021 National Events by the Continental Line. On these two days, we will have the most 18th C. Live Fire black powder cannonades (albeit without projectiles) ON THE PLANET. Hundreds of Rev War military reenactors with scheduled afternoon battles, hundreds of 18th civilian craftsmen and demonstrators, merchants, living history participants, and entertainers., will create an time travel-like immersion experience at the same beautiful location in the Sandhills of South Carolina the re-enacting community was introduced to last year. ALL OUTDOOR and family friendly. Commemorating the 240th anniversary of the Battle of Hobkirk Hill, we are easy driving distance to two important landmark SC Revolutionary War Southern Campaign battlefields, Battle of Camden and Battle of Hobkirk Hill - less than 20 minute drives. To find our Reenactment event, the largest in the Southeast, (the largest in the nation in 2020), just follow the SOUNDS OF THE GUNS! You will be astounded by what this event has become!
