Second Saturday at Historic Camden
Join us for Second Saturday at Historic Camden! There is a whole lot happening here! We are honored to have with us William Stanwix, world reknown hempcrete contractor from the United Kingdom. William is the co-author of “The Hempcrete Book” and is the first fulltime Hempcrete contractor in the United Kingdom with over 18 years of hands-on experience. He will be holding a workshop on hempcrete construction and building hempcrete walls. Also, the blacksmith will be working in the forge, the brickyard and pottery shed will be in operation, and food and drinks will be for sale on the deck and in McCaa's Tavern. Friends of the Library will be selling historic books in the Tavern as well. Bring the whole family as there will be something for everyone!
