Third Annual Irish Fest Camden

Saturday, March 2, 2019 - 10:00am to 5:00pm

Irish Fest Camden is a family-friendly festival celebrating Irish and Celtic heritage in Camden, SC, held annually the first Saturday of March.

The festival announces its expansion in 2019 to a new location at Historic Camden, 222 Broad Street. The move to the spacious Revolutionary War park allows the festival to add exciting new events.

New in 2019, festival-goers will be able to sign-up and participate in cricket matches throughout the day, led by cricket player and historian, Tom Melville. Mr. Melville travels the Celtic festival circuit in the U.S. educating festival attendees on the history of cricket and provides the opportunity for hands-on play. The festival will continue to feature live Irish music and dancing, Heavy Event & Highland Games competition, a kids zone, arts & crafts, the Renaissance encampment and medieval combat, Irish wolfhounds, Gypsy Vanner horses, exotic birds, food trucks, and of course green beer. Musical line-up and festival event schedule can be found at https://www.irishfestcamden.com Tickets - $10, children ages 2-12 - $5.
