Experience nature at Hardscramble Preserve for yourself! Enjoy walking on the land with local naturalists to guide and share with you and your family.
Walk & Talk events gather at 271 Chestnut Ferry Road from 10am-10:30 and the walk starts promptly a 10:30 and ends around noon. Families of all ages welcome, light hiking required.
Walk & Talk events are free to attend, but please register ahead by emailing leoncic@clemson.edu! Spaces are limited!
April 25th – Austin Jenkins – Professor Jenkins is from Camden, and now teaches Natural History of South Carolina and Environmental Sciences at USC Sumter. He knew Margaret Lloyd and the Hardscramble Preserve well, so we are very excited to learn from a knowledgeable and passionate guide!
