City of Camden COVID-19 Update for Utility Accounts

The City of Camden requests city utility customers to pay their past due utility bills prior to Friday, May 29. 

Late fees, disconnect fees and debit/credit card usage fees will be re-instated with the first June 3, 2020 billing. Late fees will be assessed for all balances past due as of June 4, 2020. 

The first scheduled disconnect for non-pay will be June 16, 2020.

The city’s finance department will be happy to work with customers that may be experiencing financial hardships during this time, and ask that customers needing additional assistance please contact our office by June 12, 2020 at 803-432-2421. 

Please note that you must contact our office regarding your past due balance prior to June 12, 2020 to see if you qualify for payment arrangements or an extension for payment.
