Downtown Camden Commissions Interactive Mural as part of Cultural District

Since becoming the ninth designated cultural district in South Carolina, the Downtown Camden Program has been planning programming and beautification projects to enhance and celebrate the district. And a new interactive mural featuring three butterflies in the Town Green Alley is the latest addition. 

Mural artisit Colt Shirley and Lori Isom-Starnes collaborated to create a fun, vibrant scene that includes butterflies in a variety of sizes. The best part is that visitors and passers by can have their photo taken in front of each butterfly, creating the interactive aspect that has become a popular trend in recent years.
