Downtown Camden program and Kershaw County Library Host Business Workshops
The Downtown Camden program has partnered with the Kershaw County Library for a second summer, to host free workshops for small business owners. Theses workshops are held at the Library Camden branch, 1304 Broad Street.
On July 22nd, business owners will learn how to get the most out of Facebook! This hands on seminar will go over the basics of Facebook pages, events, boosts and paid ads. Make sure you’re doing everything you can to get the most engagement! Bring your laptop.
On August 5th, it's Small Business Summer School with Google! Get your business ready for the 2nd half of the year, learn to stand out online, build relationships with customers and prepare for a great end of year, including the busy holiday season. Take away key strategies, tools and products to help your business grow!
On August 12th, the Library will host a guest speaker for "Let's Talk About Employee Fraud". Small businesses are highly vulnerable to theft by trusted staff members, and many owners believe it will never happen to them until they learn the hard way. Find ways of preventing employee fraud and theft in your small business.
