Request for Bids – Parking Lot Construction, Market St & Arthur Ln

The City of Camden is seeking bids for the construction of a gravel parking lot, approximately 184 x 291 at the corner of Market Street and Arthur Lane, Camden, SC. Work includes grading, site drainage, and crusher run gravel placement. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM to discuss the project and review preliminary plans.

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Market & Arthur Parking Lot will be received by the City of Camden at the Camden City Hall Training Room, 1000 Lyttleton Street, Camden, South Carolina, 29020 until 12 p.m., local time on Friday, March 22, 2019 at which time the BIDS received will be publicly opened and read aloud.  

Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to the bid opening. Further information will be provided following the pre-bid meeting.
