RFP for Purchase and Development of Property at 1304 Lyttleton Street

The City of Camden is accepting proposals from parties interested in purchasing and developing the property located at 1304 Lyttleton Street. The City will entertain any viable development options that adhere to the City’s vision of development of this site and the Comprehensive Plan. Interested parties should submit proposals for development that both respect and protect the historic nature of downtown Camden.

Submittals are due on or before Monday, August 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at City Clerk’s Office, Camden City Hall, 1000 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC 29020
